Mr Kingsley Ejirefe, community Chairman of Agbarha-Otor vigilante outfit, Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State, has been murdered by a suspected lunatic.
The incident was said to have happened around 9pm at the residence of the wife where he had gone to visit....
