Without good production, there is nothing like good music, so kudos to all the music producers in Nigeria and here is the review of the 2013 top producers that has produced hit song this year. 1. Masterkraft: Sunday Nweke better known as Masterkraft is arguably the
best producer this year with a tremendous production work for artistes in
Nigeria and other countries in Africa. He produced hit songs like Timaya's Ukwu
and Pangolo by Dj exclusive, to mention a few and most recent Jasi by banky w
and Pon di ting by Sarkodie
2. Don Jazzy: As a record label boss, he produces most of his artiste's
song. Wande coal's "Rotate & the kick", Goody bag(d prince),
without my heart & eminado by Tiwa savage are part of his production this
year.He produced all track in dprince frenzy album and part of tiwa's debut
album.
3. D'tunes: Adesanya Oladoyin Joshua (D'tunes) is the best choice for an
upcoming artiste to be blessed with a hit single. You just have to revisit his
previous work for Iyanya and Sean tizzle.From Kukere, ur waist,flavour to Sean
tizzle's Sho lee, Mama e and recently Komole.D'tunes is the C.E.O of difference
entertainment and he won the best producer at this year headies for producing
Sho Lee.
4. Pheelz: Nominated in the best producer categories at the headies,
Pheelz is Olamide's in-house producer and has blessed Olamide with production
for his hit song this year like Durosoke which won the best street hop song at
the headies and the YBNL album which also won the best rap album.Pheels also
produced most of the track in the baddest guy ever liveth album that was drop
in november.He also produced vector's popular.
5. Sarz: Sarz has always been a prominent producer when it comes to smash
hit.He blessed Wizkid with Jaiye Jaiye and Reminisce Fantasi and Eleniyan,
Ghetto by Shank and recen tracks from the trybe records camp.He also have a
massive single to his credit titled Beat of life (samba) which has been rocking
clubs for the past year.
6. Dee Vee: The prolific producer has been responsible for the majority of
the smashing hits that have come out from the DB Records camp in recent times
like finally & top of the world by dbanj and sister caro & obimo by kay
switch.He produced most of Dbanj's DKM album.He has worked with international
stars like Idris Elba, Big Sean, Snoop Lion and kanye west.He also produced
Sunkere by Reminisce.
7. Del'b: Del'b is also outstanding this year, his work on Kcee's Limpopo
which won the song of the year at the 2013 headies was extremely exceptional.
He also produced Oko mi by Waje, Irawo by Sheyi Shay, Baby mo by Tiwa, Shake by
flavour and most songs of Kcee's debut album.
8. Chopstix: He produce most of Ice prince's FOZ album which
includes I swear ft French Montana, gimme dat,more to mention a few. Part of
his work was Dj jimmy jat's cool as ice which featured ice prince and iceberg
slim, Ijoba by Reminisce and most recent SOS by Yung L.
9. Leriq: Eric Isaac Utere popularly known as Leriq is a
gifted producer and sound engineer.He deserved to be on this list due to his
production ability and skills by producing all Burna boy debut album
"L.I.F.E" which includes Always love you, run my race, Jah love is
true, and club banger Like to party which earned him a nomination at this year
headies. He is signed to to Aristocrat record and has produced all the song
released by the artiste under the label.
10. Legendary beat: The duo signed to Wizkid Star boy entertainment
produced star boy debut single which is one of the party favourite.Other key
productions are brymo's ara, Emi ni baller by Chidinma, 2mush by reminisce,
take care by Skales and drop by wizkid ft Waleto mention a few,They produced
some of the track in EME's album.
Other producers like Sossick, Ty mix, Samklef and Shizzi
for his work on Davido's Skelewu
